Shipping policy

At NinjaForge, we work to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently to customers worldwide.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within an estimated timeframe of 3 to 4 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped during:

  • Weekends
  • United States federal holidays
  • International logistics holidays

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


2. Estimated Shipping Time

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 9 business days, depending on the destination country and available shipping service.

Estimated total delivery time:

  • Order preparation: 3 to 4 business days
  • International shipping: 7 to 9 business days

Estimated total timeframe:
10 to 13 business days.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

However, some destinations may experience:

  • Longer delivery times
  • Customs restrictions
  • Logistics limitations
  • Additional import costs

We reserve the right to cancel orders to countries where transportation or local regulations make secure delivery difficult.


4. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Local government fees

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

NinjaForge is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email if tracking is available for your destination.

Tracking updates may take several business days to reflect movement depending on the international carrier.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages lost due to address errors
  • Delays caused by incomplete information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.


7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at:

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Weather conditions
  • International logistics issues
  • Strikes
  • Force majeure events

8. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your building reception
  • Wait up to 48 business hours
  • Contact the carrier directly

We do not guarantee refunds for packages officially marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.


9. Products Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery by sending:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

10. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject suspicious orders
  • Limit shipping to certain regions
  • Cancel orders for security or fraud-related reasons
