Refunds & Returns Policy

At NinjaForge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions described below.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • Keep its original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by the proof of purchase or order number

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once the request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions to complete the return.


Return Costs

Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product arrives defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns of:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal use or hygiene products
  • Consumable or perishable products
  • Any item returned in conditions other than the original ones

If you have questions about a specific product, contact us before making the purchase.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you must request a return of the original product and place a new order separately.


International Orders

We ship internationally to multiple countries.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Applicable local fees in their country

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, international carriers, or local authorities.


Right of Withdrawal for European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With original tags
  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take between 5 and 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.
